Robyn Allegra Parton - soprano

British soprano Robyn Allegra Parton studied at the University of Oxford and Royal College of Music. Her repertory includes Gilda Rigoletto (Royal Ballet and Opera, English National Opera, Theater Münster), Violetta La traviata (Theater Münster, Theater für Niedersachsen), the title role in Lucia di Lammermoor (IF Opera), Adina L'Elisir d'Amore, Micaëla Carmen, Musetta La bohème and Tytania A Midsummer Night's Dream (Theater Münster) and Helmwige Die Walküre (Teatro di San Carlo, Naples).

As a concert artist Robyn has performed with ensembles including the Leipzig Gewandhaus, Gustav Mahler Chamber Orchestra, London Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, English Baroque Soloists, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Luxembourg Philharmonie and the Royal Oman Symphony Orchestra.

Robyn’s debut solo album of late-romantic Viennese songs: Burnished Gold, recorded with pianist Simon Lepper for Orchid Classics, debuted in the Top 10 of the UK Official Specialist Classical Chart in June 2023.
