One of the world’s leading conductors of music of the Classical period, Marc Minkowski, directed the English Baroque Soloists for the first time in a performance that included Mozart’s genre-defining ‘Prague’ symphony. Mozart’s effervescent double piano concerto explodes into life at the hands of the Labèque sisters, with their trademark ‘telepathic coordination’ (The Times). Jean Rondeau, acclaimed pianist and harpsichordist, joined the production in Vienna for the show-stopping triple piano concerto.

"In Prague, Wolfie was a rock star," Minkowski declared. "In Vienna on Friday, it was him and the English Baroque Soloists."

"The second violins were full of life, the entire orchestra energetically propelled, and Minkowski, right in the middle of it all, brought smiles to everyone's faces."
