Iconic Monteverdi Vespers among 50 best recordings of all time

We are delighted that the Monteverdi Choir and English Baroque Soloists' CD of Monteverdi's Vespers of 1610 recorded in Venice in 1989 (Archiv 429-5256) has been listed as 17th in a list of the 50 best recordings of all time in the January issue of the BBC Music Magazine, in a selection made by the magazine's critics.
